Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 2 business days. Monday-Saturday (excl. Bank Holidays).

During peak seasons, for example: Release day for sets, Black Friday, and Christmas, there can be delays in shipping with a higher volume of orders needing to be processed and numerous public holidays. Of course, this is not ideal for anyone, and we work hard to make sure all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Express orders do get priority if we are delayed in shipping orders.

 

IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS IN DISPATCHING ORDERS, THIS IS ALWAYS STATED AT THE TOP OF THE WEBSITE.

 

If you have placed an order that contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you should expect your order to be dispatched when all items are readily available. If you wish to receive items as quickly as possible, please place separate orders.

Returns Policy

We have tried to make sure our returns process as simple as possible. Whatever your reason for needing to make a return, please read the information below and then contact us for a returns form to attach to your order.

Please ensure returns are packaged safely, securely, and sent with a tracking number - please take note of this tracking number for future reference.

Returning unwanted products

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase (date payment was taken).

  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.

  • Items return must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 60% of the original sale value.

Returning faulty or damaged products

  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase (payment date).

  • If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge.

  • Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products (subject to availability).

Please contact us if you are unsure of anything or require assistance with a return.

What is eligible for a return?

Most products are eligible for a return, anything that we cannot accept is noted within the product listing. For example, Pokémon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.
